Below are some of the most common questions asked by our potential clients.  If you do not see the answer to your question please feel free to contact us!

When should I contact you? Invitation orders should be placed 4-6 months prior to your event date.  Please be advised that the Kreative Studio will be closed January 15th – April 15th, 2015 for Maternity Leave, to place orders for events in April 2015 – July 2015 I recommend contacting us earlier, around Mid-December.

Do you have a minimum order? Yes, we require a minimum order of $350 for all custom invitation orders.  There is no minimum for coordinating event stationery if you placed an invitation order with us.

Can I make an appointment to meet with the designer? Absolutely!  Our designer loves to meet with clients to discuss their stationery suite and design preferences.  Kreativee does not have an open studio at this time, so appointments are arranged off-site at a location local to the Mt. Laurel, NJ Area.  Due to time constraints we like to do a mini-consult via phone or e-mail to make sure we are a good fit prior to scheduling a consultation.  Appointment availability is generally in the early evening, 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and weekends.

How much do invitations cost? Invitation costs can run the gamut in terms of pricing – to read more about our pricing please visit our pricing page.

How much will my invitation cost to mail? We highly recommend that you take one fully completed invitation set to your local post office to weigh and measure to determine the correct amount of postage.  Kreative is unable to quote postage rates as postal regulations and rates are constantly changing and because each local post office may or may not qualify certain measurements as “machinable”.

How long does it take to receive my invitations? Our production schedule is organized by ship-by date.  If you need your invitations by a particular day please let us know that so we can try to accommodate your preferred date.  I suggest placing your order approximately 4-6 months prior to your event date.  Please enquire for more information on RUSH orders .

What printing method is used? Most orders are printed using a high-quality digital press method.  Off-set, Thermography and Letterpress options are also available.
